THE ASIAN - LOW FAT LOW CARB HIGH FIBRE. 1 fresh firm cucumber. 1 can water based tuna. 1) Pour away the liquid. Shred the tuna into small pieces. Place them in a container. 2) Skin the cucumber and remove the seeds in the middle. 3) Dice the cucumber into small pieces. 4) Mix well the cucumber with the tuna, mayonnaise and pepper. 5) Cover and refrigerate, best 4 hours or more.
