Rhubarb & Vanilla Fool with a Gingernut Crunch. 250g rhubarb, sliced. 1/2 tsp vanilla extract. 1 tsp icing sugar. 1/2 tsp vanilla extract. In a large bowl, gently whip the cream and fold in the icing sugar and vanilla extract. Add the cooled stewed rhubarb and stir to combine. Transfer into four serving bowls. Friday, May 08, 2015. I wrote the article before I changed the blog name but the essence of everything I said remains the same. In actual fact, writing this article was one of the catalysts that lead me to rebrand the blog, because it made me realise I needed a new direction, one that was more dynamic and aspirational.
