Whit's End: A is for . . .
http://whitsendhome.blogspot.com/2012/04/is-for.html
Subtitle: Homekeeping and Other Natural Disasters. Sunday, April 1, 2012. A is for . . . Apple Of course. I still remember the first grade classroom with the alphabet around the top of the walls and the pictures representing each letter. A - Apple. It is the beginning. Sometimes it is helpful to return to the beginning. No matter how many times I perform one of the routine tasks at work, it is helpful to open the procedures manual and read through it again. Has anything changed? Can it be done better?

Whit's End: Plans and Prison
http://whitsendhome.blogspot.com/2012/04/plans-and-prison.html
Subtitle: Homekeeping and Other Natural Disasters. Monday, April 23, 2012. I am writing a business plan for a friend. (No, the friend is not in prison - thanks for asking). We are trying to project income, expenses, time lines, and what to do if the plans he is making don't work out. In other words, what is Plan B? What is Plan C? What about Plan D? No one plans to end up in prison. How do I know? How are your plans going today? Have you talked to God about them? Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).

Whit's End: April 2012
http://whitsendhome.blogspot.com/2012_04_01_archive.html
Subtitle: Homekeeping and Other Natural Disasters. Sunday, April 29, 2012. Relaxing, restful running. I like the idea of running. Moving quickly toward a goal, feet fluttering, heart racing, hitting the runner's high, the sense of accomplishment when the goal is crossed, high fives all around. The reality of running is a little different. Fluttering feet? We are all running different race - the race of life. From Hebrews 12:. In Christ, we have a cheering squad - another version of this same verse says a...

Whit's End: Children

Subtitle: Homekeeping and Other Natural Disasters. Tuesday, April 3, 2012. I have three. And a grandson. All four have names that begin with the letter C. Roll call at our house can sound quite staccato with all of the hard C sounds. And quite funny as I try to remember which C I need. For a while we had a dog named Cocoa. She even got mixed up in the roll call. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). More for less - a food lover's blog. Http:/ www.thepioneerwoman.com. Http:/ www.realsimple.com.

Whit's End: Harmony
http://whitsendhome.blogspot.com/2012/04/harmony.html
Subtitle: Homekeeping and Other Natural Disasters. Monday, April 9, 2012. Harmony. A musical term. The term. Meaning "joint, agreement, concord",. To fit together, to join". Yes, I had to look that up and paste it from another source. Listening to the radio today I started thinking about harmony - the blending of voices with no one voice standing out - no one voice taking center stage. The group is working together to achieve their objective - beautiful sound. And all the believers lived in a wonderful.
