The days filled with sun have been few and far between here so I am making the most of it while I can before it retreats back behind the layer of clouds and the rainy season commences. The little extra surprise in this treat is the slight spiciness from the Hot Fries and the cayenne pepper! Its just the perfect balance of sweet, salty and spicy! I found this recipe.
