Laura's Life: Hello, old friend.
http://journeyofthecunninghams.blogspot.com/2011/09/hello-old-friend.html
Our exciting day to day life. A little bit of family stuff, gardening, cooking, and whatever else I might find interesting. Thursday, September 22, 2011. Hello, old friend. Declan is reading longer chapter books now and Kiera complains that she has to write letters. Hmmmm. We'll get there. Which also filled 4 small square pans. We ate one yesterday so I have 7 dishes in the freezer. Today I plan to fix green chicken enchiladas. Its very satisfying to see them stacked in the freezer. I love the photos!

The Phunny Pharm: September 2009
http://thephunnypharm.blogspot.com/2009_09_01_archive.html
A life in the day of another humdrum resident alien on planet earth. . . Monday, September 28, 2009. It's raining. . . . Tonight there is lightening and thunder. The fields are getting to the point where we will be soon turning them in! Our pals from ol' Tejas are here and adapting quite well to the pandemonium that is our house. To go from a quiet house to a house full of kids must be a hard feat, but they seem to be surviving. Regardless, we are very glad they are here! Links to this post. We are drain...

The Phunny Pharm: January 2010
http://thephunnypharm.blogspot.com/2010_01_01_archive.html
A life in the day of another humdrum resident alien on planet earth. . . Sunday, January 31, 2010. The farm on facebook. Okay, bearing in mind that i have limited Internet smarts, and don't even have a Facebook account. Apparently you have to have a first and last name to start an account. Amy (in her brilliance) set up the farm on Facebook as, 'Theo Pendoorfarm' (i.e. The Open Door Farm). I got me a good woman here. Links to this post. We have a friend, Noah. He is a kid, like any other kid who is a...

Good intentions | an apple-cheeked life
https://applecheeked.wordpress.com/2009/07/31/good-intentions
Home, family, crafting, cooking, and bliss. July 31, 2009 in Uncategorized. I had very good intentions to live a semi-normal life this week and even find time to write about it, but good intentions, it seems, have not managed to clean up my kitchen. This is a good summary of how this week has gone:. Click through to Flickr to read notes on what items are in this mess! I’ll end up strapped down and overmedicated in the hospital! To more positive ones (I’m going to do everything I can to help my body!

Making a birthing blanket | an apple-cheeked life
https://applecheeked.wordpress.com/2009/07/25/making-a-birthing-blanket
Home, family, crafting, cooking, and bliss. Making a birthing blanket. July 25, 2009 in Uncategorized. Last weekend, we had a little get-together at my mother’s house to make my birthing blanket. This is an item that my midwives require me to have on hand, it’s a cushy and waterproof blanket (made from thrifted materials) that can follow me around the house as I labor — couch, floor, bed, stairs, bathroom, wherever. We will have a birthing pool. We rolled up the edges and sewed them in place:. So it was ...

A life in the day of another humdrum resident alien on planet earth. . . Sunday, January 31, 2010. Its been a weird year. New job, new schedule, most of the social life is all mixed up. It has been wonderful and hard. . . no more to do list - still not sure how i am surviving day to day without that little gem. We have a friend, Noah. He is a kid, like any other kid who is about to turn 4. Noahs story started when he was very young - he was born with the coolest head of hair EVER! He was the baby with th...

The Phunny Pharm: August 2009
http://thephunnypharm.blogspot.com/2009_08_01_archive.html
A life in the day of another humdrum resident alien on planet earth. . . Monday, August 17, 2009. I should be sleeping right now. . . This is a blog about poop. For that very reason. . . i won't post any pictures. Potty training is fun. It's fun in the same way setting your house on fire is fun. There is a lot of work in the clean up, but after the blaze, you get to start over. At work of course. . . . Just remember. . . someday, we get to forget, and they get to wipe our bums!
