Eat. Drink. Celebrate!: September 2010
http://eatdrinkcelebrate.blogspot.com/2010_09_01_archive.html
Thursday, September 30, 2010. Liberty House hosted a spectacular Picnic In The Park! Liberty House's Picnic in the Park once again was a sensational end of summer celebration in the Garden, ending with toasted marshmallows by the fire-pits. A good time was had by all while drinking Chimay beers and sampling a garden inspired menu created by Chef Phil Campanella and his team. The fall moon rising was as spectacular as the meal. Thanks Phil, for once again exceeding our expectations! Links to this post.

We're all adults ...

Wednesday, October 27, 2010. OK, so you’ve read that eating locally sourced food is a good idea. It’s green. It’s supporting the local economy. At our restaurant Stone House at Stirling Ridge. We like to use our own locally grown ingredients whenever we can because it simply tastes better. Located on site, Dancing Goat Farm (pictured) are where we grow our own vegetables and herbs. We are in the Garden State and we believe that our places of dining should reflect that heritage. Labels: Dancing Goat Farm.
