Thursday, December 15, 2011. I know it's been a while since the last entry on this blog. Thanks to all those who've continued to visit, comment, and like on Facebook. I really appreciate the support and encouragement. I haven't been able to devote as much time to the blog as I'd like, but I couldn't pass up the opportunity to share these delightful cookies with you. But it was well worth the effort and the cookies were fairly easy to make. The hardest part was shelling the pistachios! Hope you enjoy, too!

Japan Trip 2015 (Tokyo). After a 5-year blog hiatus, I am finally back and I will be posting one of the best food trips I have ever had- my 11-day trip to Japan last spring (April 2015).
