Just another WordPress.com weblog. I use fresh garlic because the garlic powder gives me unbearable bloating and flatulence. To help curb the flatulence I use basil when I use garlic. Dill, peppermint, sage, thyme, allspice, cloves and a carrott may also help curb the untimely release of excess air from the intestines. Monday, July 11, 2011. Blue Cheese And Walnuts - Skip the Blubber. One of my favorite salads is with arugula. And crumbled blue cheese. Add an olive oil. Dressing with flax seeds. For hormonal balance. Maybe throw in some pinapple. Chunks. Mmmmmm purrrrfect. Could eat it every day. I find I have more energy and less aches when I eat greens daily. Oh yea and less blubber. Less blubber means a lengthier heart life. Flax seed - Be sure and read this one too. Looks like fun to me.
