Start off first with the Chicken. Boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 breast = 1-2 people). Mix in bowl 3 TBS balsamic and 1 TBS mustard. Add a little salt and pepper as well as 1 TBS of olive oil. Located up Little Cottonwood Canyon. Snowbird resort and Oktoberfest offers a great weekend activity for anyone wanting to get out of the city. Right now the canyon is beautiful. It is cool and refreshing and the leaves are changing. Shop in the Oktoberfest Village. Ride the Tram to the top of hidden peak. Park City, UT.
