It s normally a bun filled with cream and almond paste, here s a healthier version:. 1/2 dl turkisk yogurt. 1 tsp baking powder. A little vanilla powder. 3/4 dl oats flour (mix oats to flour). 1/4 dl coconut flour. 1 tbsp psyllium seed husk. 2-3 tbsp almond flour. 1- 1,5 dl cottage cheese. A little vanilla powder.
