Eat Healthy Work Hard. Sorry for the bad pic, my camera wouldn t cooperate with me this morning. 1 dl low fat turkish yogurt. 1/2 dl oats milk. 1 tbsp chia seeds. Mix everything together the night before and put in the fridge. Take it out in the morning and eat with whatever you like. I had kiwi, mango, rasberries and sunflower seeds in between the layers. Eat Healthy Work Hard. I choosed to make a super easy (but still tasty ofc. Lunch the other day. 1 whole wheat tortilla bread. 4 slices of cucumber. 4 slices of turkey. 2 tbsp cottage cheese. Choop everything to the size you want and put in or on the bread = eat it like a wrap or a pizza. This is a really simple and delicious recipe of a healthy pizza, with lots of proteins. It s great to make for lunch or dinner when you don t have that much time but still want a propper meal! 1/2 dl quark (kesella).

My delicious breakfast this morning - a perfect Valentine s day breakfast on thursday perhaps? 1,5 tbps peanut butter. 1 tsp baking powder. Mini carrot breakfast muffins. 1 tbsp coconut flour. 1 tsp grated coconut. 1/2 tbsp coconut oil. 1 dl grated carrots. 1 Mix all the ingridients togheter. Distribute in 2-3 muffin forms. 2 Put them in the microwave on higest temperature for 2.30-3.30 minutes until they are baked. 1/2 dl oats milk.

Eat Healthy Work Hard. Food diary 6 of februari 2013. Egg white oatmeal with rasberries, quark and oatmilk. 1 dl oats, 2 dl water and 1 eggwhite. My standard breakfast when I don t take pictures). Water and a big cup of tea. The vegetarian alternative for meatballs. Tomatoes, grated carrots, cucumber, lettuce. Home made protein bar. 2 whole grain wafers with turkey slices. Salmon with a sauce made on quark and spices. Yougurt with seeds and berries. And ofc I drink a lot of water and tea during the day.

Eat Healthy Work Hard. I m sittning in my room at the moment, trying to study. I have serioulsly forgot how to do it. My document is still quite empty even though I have been trying to write the last hour. I really need to get started since I have ten other things I have to do. So if you have any good tips for me about studying, please tell me! Not even this lunch/snack won t help. which means it s really bad! It s tea, a little quark with granola, rasberries and pb, whole grain bread and fruit.
