Monday, June 23, 2008. Tongiht is my last night in Chennai.it is hard to believe that I will see Matt in less than 30 hours. Woo hoo! It has been a tumultuous last few days, full of marathon-length meetings and some tension but luckily it is all over. Hopefully things will progress more smoothly when I am back here in August. It was sort of interesting, but we both agreed that in the end it is way more fun to spend Thanksgiving with friends and family. Friday, December 19, 2008. Last weekend my good friend Meredith had a tea party.it was so much fun.I am so sad to leave all my friends here! But, I am definitely not sad to leave the cold. It is getting colder by the minute.literally, there is a huge snow storm hours away that is supposed to bring an inch of snow a minute. Oy! I am happy to be leaving this place for nicer weather. Sunday, October 29. Legend of the Dog-Faced Woman. My aunt. I shudder at the very thought of her. she's horrible. Never before have I met anybody so pig-headed, small-minded, selfish, stupid, unreasonably arrogant, racist, rude and idiotic as her. She's quite simply a waste of space. Today at my cousin's birthday party, we were sitting on the patio talking about Al Gore. My Dad was telling the others about his views and what he had seen in An Inconvenient Truth.
