Everyday eating from produce at the East Oxford Farmers' Market. Going back to the roots. December 17, 2014. An aloo sabzi (adapted from Madhur Jaffrey’s ‘Eastern Vegetarian Cooking’). About 2 pounds of boiling potatoes. 2 tsp cumin seeds. 1/4 tsp fenugreek seeds. 2 tsp mustard seeds. A pinch of asafoetida (I sometimes skip this: I’m not sure that asafoetida actually tastes of anything nice). 2 tbsp sesame seeds. 1/4 tsp ground turmeric. Normal service will resume shortly. The husband asked This tastes nice: is it aubergine? That’s how nice this courgette recipe is: it doesn’t taste like courgette at all! 2 medium sized courgettes. 1 medium sized onion (red onion preferable). 1 teaspoon whole black mustard seeds.

I’d rather swing at a ball in the dirt or out of the zone than take one right in the middle. You’ve got to be aggressive in the zone.
