A review of every food place in Avalon Beach - Australia. Friday, June 14, 2013. Relaxed eatery with an asian vibe to its food. Good family destination, great for casual eating. The decor is unusual eg all the chairs are different, the cultery is in a tin can on the table and the water is served in a steel cup (it made my fillings tingle). The creme brulee to finish was served in a deep bowl with a thick caramelised crust - just how I like it. Cost for 2 without drinks: $45. Manu adores Bistro Boulevarde!

It is an old cottage which include the front garden. You can sit outside in the garden, about 12 seats or inside about 20 seats. It has a simple clean modern decor. You can choose fresh sashimi, sushi, sushi rolls, katsu, teriaki, noodles and a green tea ice cream. Cost for two = $50. 48 Old Barrenjoey Rd.

A review of every food place in Avalon Beach - Australia. Saturday, May 7, 2016. Parrilla - Hot Coal Kitchen. Opened in March 2016 it has taken me a while to visit. I walk past often and wondered what style of restaurant it is. Wonder no more as I visited on a busy Saturday night. It was a busy night but the kitchen and staff were attentive always on their toes. It was great watching the big grill in action inside. According to wiki Parrilla. It specialises in meat - and the meat here is to die for.
