Is what I like to do! August 12, 2014. I love science. It has improved a lot of things in life. I wasn’t so sure there was much more to “improve” about ice cream, but then I read this article about a physicist who invented color changing ice cream. That’s right. It changes colors as you lick it. This ice cream is called Xamaleón, and is supposedly made from “natural” ingredients and then a special “love elixir”. I’m skeptical. But I probably would try it. Kennebunkport is getting the attention of Zagat.
