I decided to try using lentils instead of quorn in an attempt to decrease the amount of processed food we eat. Honestly, I expected it to be sh*t. It was actually OK. In fact Elsie couldn’t get enough! Recipe for Lentil Bolognaise. 4 cloves of garlic finely chopped. Large punnet of mushrooms (500g). 3 cans chopped tomatoes. 2 Tbsp tomato purée. 500g red lentils rinsed. February 2, 2015.

Lemon Square, Rootbeer Float and Rainbow Sherbet. I have tried them all and they definitely taste like you are eating dessert. But without the sugar or calories!
