These are one of my all time favorites, especially for snowy days! 1/2 c whole wheat flour. 4 tsp baking powder. 1 1/2 cups rolled oats. Sift together dry ingredients, add rolled oats, combine oil, egg, honet, water and milk. Add to the dry ingredients and beat until smooth. Bake like pancakes. February 11, 2008 at 1:28 PM. CHERRY UPSIDE DOWN CAKE. 2 cups cherries (stoned). 2/3 cup soft brown sugar. 3 large eggs lightly beaten together. 1 1/2 cup self-rising flour. 189; teaspoon vanilla extract. Pre-heat oven to 350 F.
