La Befana si è appena portata via tutte le feste, gli alberi di Natale e le luminarie per strada ma possiamo sempre riviverne le emozioni ed il calore con questa meravigliosa bevanda che, per lo meno dalle mie parti, ne rievoca profumi e ricordi. Ingredienti: 1 litro di vino rosso corposo fermo, 2 stecche di cannella, 8 chiodi di garofano, mezza noce moscata grattugggiata, 150g di zucchero, 1 limone, 1 arancio.
