I was so excited for a break all week and then yesterday I was thinking of what I needed to prepare for the week - oh, nothing! Eat Lift. Yoga. I will not make excuses, because the surrounding circumstances really don’t matter to anyone else at the gym. Moreover, my circumstances don’t matter to my body. Certainly if there are injuries, I need to take care to not make them worse. But that doesn’t mean I am down for the count and unable to do anything else.
