Mind - Body - Spirit. Вълненията на едно трениращо момиче. Четвъртък, 11 ноември 2010 г. Опи, тук съм :). Не съм писала еееххееей.откога. А се случват толкова много неща около мен. Палеото беше успешен експеримент - повече от месец, чувствах се добре, вкусно беше, свалих малко мазнини (след това, като включих млечни, въглехидрати и вино на корем, си ги върнах пак).
