I didn’t follow the instructions exactly I don’t think (I added ice to the shaker), since my cocktail turned out looking like a creamy latte with a nice foamy head 🙂. The taste Was delicious! On June 22nd 2010, as part of EAT! NewcastleGateshead, The Pearly Diner (a restaurant like no other) popped up for 5 nights at a secret location in Gateshead. The Diner was unusual in many ways but most of all because there was no menu, diners could have anything at all they wanted, anything. The ultimate meal, the last supper, the definitive dinner.
