So, last year whilst on a hen do we went for a riding lesson, and it only took that one lesson to ignite my passion in the equestrian world again. Eat Ride. Get Fit. A year in the life of an equestrian. I have my riding lesson on a Sunday so having just returned from the stables I thought I’d give you all an update…. Now, I’ve had huge confidence issues since I started riding again, originally staring on a cob called Patch – a genuinely lovely horse, but when we started to canter I ended up around his neck! Fortunately he didn’t seem the least bit bothered, however it really took me back a step and I haven’t tried for canter. March 30, 2014.
