Eat, sleep, run, repeat. Sunday, April 15, 2012. It was the best of times, and the worst of times. This week running was good. and bad. This meet my coach wanted me to rest up for an invitational of Saturday so I only ran one race. 4:58 PR and first time under 5! I was super psyched especially because I was sick. Eat, sleep, run, repeat. Friday, December 9, 2011. Back to Health, and Winter Training! Allright, so I'm officially cured from my injury, it no longer bothers me, and the limp is gone! Eventually turn out fine! Winter Training. What an extremely tedious, cold, hard, and FUN thing to do! Eat, sleep, run, repeat. Monday, August 20, 2012. The title pretty much says it all. 20 400 meters. This was a crazy workout! I didn't believe my coach when he told us, this is by far the longest speed workout I've ever done. However, despite my anticipation, I actually did really well! I was able to consistently increase my speed up to the end, and I performed my best! I was able to complete the last 400 in 69 seconds! The first race is Friday at Sugarhouse park! Eat Sleep Run GLOW. This event was created, as many things are, from a tragedy. A tragedy that took a lovely young woman’s life too soon – before she was ever able to become a wife, a mother, or even begin to discover all her many talents or to fulfill her dreams. This event is being held so that her death was not without a purpose.
