Approximately 1/4 of a medium/large butternut squash ( the bottom bulb portion). Pinch and a half of ground ginger. Pinch and a half of ground nutmeg. Pinch and a half of ground cinnamon.

I think I was a little won ton obsessed today since this is my 3rd experimentation. 4 large square wraps Azumaya. 1C fresh sliced strawberries. 2 tsp granulated sugar. 2 tsp powdered sugar. First I sliced the strawberries with my handydandy mushroom express.

Friday, May 30, 2008. Have you ever noticed. Have you ever noticed you actually lose more weight when you track your food? I have actually lost weight. Not as much as I would like, but when the numbers are down I am definately more aware of what I have been consuming. Now, if I could just get off my butt to exercise. Anyone got some motivation for me? Miss July.not.yet. Wednesday, May 28, 2008. Where a kid can be a kid and a mom could eat herself silly with pizza and pop. Next Tuesday back to Pump it Up!
