The Italian was a little hard to do without the dairy because my favorite comfort food meal for the longest time was the deliciously decadent Fettucine Alfredo. And I. I recently bought 4 pouches of red quinoa via Amazon and was dragging my feet with finding recipes to use it in. And luckily had most of the ingredients on hand.
