Okay after 5 very, very long weeks of trying to follow the food guide I’ve come to my conclusion: it’s extremely hard! These have been the 5 longest weeks of my life! I’ve been struggling through project after project, midterm after midterm and the last thing on my mind has been worrying about the food guide! So it was hard to find what to eat.
