Variety of salad green vegetables (lettuce, parsley, cabbage, etc.). Spread the greens on a large plate and slice the tomato and put them on top. Salt and Pepper to taste. Dried Lavender flowers (optional). Meanwhile, in a large bowl, combine tomatoes, parsley, cucumber and bell peppers. Stir in cooled quinoa.
