Sunday, June 9, 2013. I love love love kale chips. there are 2 ways i make it. First, i'll share the easiest one. 1 bag of pre-cut kale. Olive oil on the kale. I use my toaster oven and set it to 350. Place the kale, olive oil, and salt mix onto a aluminum sheet. Do not stack them on top of each other because it won't cook evenly. Bake for 10 - 15 min. Usually the pre-packaged kale has stems. The stems won't dry out so much, but it will get soft and juicy. Kind of balances each other out. Put the noodles...

Friday, May 31, 2013. No Cook coconut milk pudding with chia seeds. First, let me start by saying it's a kinda/sorta pudding. When chia seeds are soaked in liquid,. It starts to become gelatinous. i say give it about 15 minutes. 1 cup coconut milk (i like it with vanilla flavored coconut milk to make it slightly more sweeter). 2 tablespoons chia seeds (yes, it's the same thing that's used for chia pets! Yehahha chia seeds has a lot of nutrients and goodness for ya! Other fruits instead (ie strawberries).
