Tuesday, September 28, 2010. Is it really the recession's fault? So here is the question? Now that the resession is over (so says the National Bureau of Economic Research) what does that do to sales organizations that leaned on that as an excuse for not making a profit? For sure the effects of the resesstion will take some time to leave our "economic bodies," however does this mean that bad decistions and poor leadership are really more to blame for past efforts rather than the poor economic times.

This year I broke down and bought my own equipment. It took many trips to the ski shop and believe me "letting go" of hard earned to cash was a lesson in and of itself.
