To be honest Reese mostly ate it but Cally loved playing with it and it is SO easy to make. 1/2c honey (I used agave nectar). I have been drinking up to 1/2 quart a day, which to me still seems like a lot, today however, just a glassful, my homemade veggie soup just was calling my name with it snowing outside, so my smoothie became my beverage instead of my meal :) Oh well!
