Dec 2nd, 2008. So not having a great record with keeping up with this. Not doing so well with CBT either - so now using this to procrastinate. Clever me! Three good things about today:. 1 Lovely text from S. 2 Loved listening to my ipod. 3 Resolved an issue with E. Currently: playing with ipod, thinking about doing CBT and trying to stay away from the heat. Should also:. Reply to S.D's email. Nov 30th, 2008. I'm trying a new approach. Or, adding something to my current approach. Yes, that sounds better. Adding something to my current approach. I'm going to sort this out. I cleaned my room this morning, and I love the feeling of physically sorting things out. I might not be able to sort my life out in 3 hours, but I can certinally see where the illness has affected and where it hasn't. So we'll see what happens. Its just another thing to try. Good end to a wonderful week. Dec 5th, 2008 at 8:37 PM. Quick review on the week - given its my Saturday night. Did the rest of what I needed to do for YARN. Helped Anna with some Inspire stuff (Friday). Got through most of my christmas shopping (thank you Oxfam! Wrote some letters to some important people in my life. Spoke to some wonderful people :). Had a few great conversations about sexuality - which have lead me to some more clarity on that subject. Sorted out my uni deferment. This week I didn't:.
