Sunday, January 30, 2011. EB kids clothing swap 2011. Either way I don't need anywhere near that much. No wonder my fabric stash is growing so quickly! Anyway, here's the fabrics I think I'm using. More to come still, and I might alter them slightly yet. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). EB kids clothing swap 2011. Never enough time: September 2010
http://retrobabes.blogspot.com/2010_09_01_archive.html
Thursday, September 9, 2010. EB kids clothing swap. We received this fantastic outfit from Penny (ariatiaw) who made for Emily as part of the Essential Baby kids clothing swap. Emily just loves it. She wont take it off and is wearing it right now even though the weather is way too cool for it (with a long sleeved top and tights underneath)! Penny included a lovely sun hat, two different belts and some scrunchies with the dress. I believe the pattern is a 1975 Japanese pattern! Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

Loving Life in the Berra with Lulu and Mimi. Monday, April 27, 2009. My LQS no longer sells fat quarters - they sell 30cm strips. I love Fats though. I had a scrap of paper with the following info on it that I though may come in useful some day. (I think that I had betetr store it here given my luck with scraps of paper! From a fat quarter, you can get the following number of cut squares:. 110 x 2' or 64 x 2.5'. 42 x 3' or 30 x 3.5'. 20 x 4' or 16 x 4.5'. 16 x 5' or 12 x 5.5'. 9 x 6' or 9 x 6.5'.

Mand's Nest: My favourite cook book
http://mandsnest.blogspot.com/2009/09/my-favourite-cook-book.html
Loving Life in the Berra with Lulu and Mimi. Wednesday, September 16, 2009. My favourite cook book. The Moosewood Cookbook is one of my very favourite cookbooks. It was in fact one of the first cookbooks that I ever owned myself. I can't remember who I got my copy of Moosewood from, but it is a much loved book, and one that I often thumb through for inspiration. It was originally published in 1977, but I have the 'revised' edition which Mollie Katzen rewrote in the early '90s with leaner recipes. App...

Mand's Nest: our trip to PNG
http://mandsnest.blogspot.com/2009/05/our-trip-to-png.html
Loving Life in the Berra with Lulu and Mimi. Wednesday, May 13, 2009. Our trip to PNG. After 7 years away, I went back to Alotau. Where I lived for 6 years, initially as a volunteer with Australian Volunteers International. I took the girls to meet their Bubus (grandparents) and the rest of their extended family, and we stayed in the village in Milne Bay. What a wonderful adventure. I hadn't realised how much I missed PNG and my friends up there. WOW Mands looks like you had a great time! I'm a Brown Owl.

Mand's Nest: I was a winner!
http://mandsnest.blogspot.com/2009/03/i-was-winner.html
Loving Life in the Berra with Lulu and Mimi. Monday, March 30, 2009. I was a winner! I won this great wooly friends kit on. O much Kylie. I'm looking forward to making it up. These sheep are the sweetest and the colors are so bright and fun. The kit has all the fabric needed to make the quilt top, which is 45x54 inches. It uses. And I think will be perfect for my gorgeous baby niece. (i hope you don't mind Kylie but I lifted your photos). Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). View my complete profile.
