I absolutely LOVE that these workouts are only 25 minutes long, but makes you feel like you’ve been working out for hours. I don’t sweat much unless I’m working out to the max, and T25 makes me sweat like crazy! I sweat a lot, my legs burn burn burn, my abs yell at me, and it feels.
