Ingredients for the Paleo Chicken Wings. 2-3 lbs. of chicken wings and drumettes. 2 tbsp of grass-fed butter melted. Your chosen sauce (see sauce recipes below). Directions for Game Day Paleo Chicken Wings. Preheat your oven to 450 degrees(F). Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Remove the chicken wins/drumettes and let them drip dry on a wire rack. 1/4 cup of grass-fed butter.
