We had half a bottle of a strangely named wine - Chablis, from Domaine du Chardonnay. It turns out that the wine is made from 100% chardonnay grapes, but the vineyard happens to be in the province and appellation of Chablis. Domaine du Chardonnay Chablis 2006. France (Chablis, Burgundy). Peach, kiwi, new plastic. Thin, light and watery. Very drinkable. Posted by Red Hare.

About 2 years ago, however, the chef from Four Seasons, whom many people, including myself, assume was responsible for the roast duck, left. Partly because of their rarity - I did 50 dives before ever spotting a shark - but also because they are magnificent creatures. I've not felt any fear yet (although that's likely to be because I've not seen any really dangerous sharks) when I've encountered them underwater, more of a "Wow! 3 Ragged tooth sharks. Whale sharks are a single species in the family Rhincodontidae....
