Taking a quick look, makeing snap decisions and moving on to the next shop is easy to do. Having the information to hand to make informed decitions makes your ability to react and respond to you business in a lean and effective way. I don't belive business owners are in disagreement with the fact they need these details to hand, but some of the math involved can be daunting to some.
