40 Year-old Brace Face. My journey through the world of both traditional and Invisalign braces at the tender age of (almost) forty. Wednesday, April 16, 2008. My bottom teeth are SO loose. It's pretty gross. I've got this awful habit of clenching my teeth while I sleep, so I often wake up to very sore bottom teeth. On top of that, I've become obsessed with. Clenching my teeth together voluntarily. to feel them move! To switch to Tray 4 before we left (as scheduled)! Hope that helps some!

Turned in the wrong direction. so perhaps the arch wire is finally begin to move it? Front, the trays continue to get more mucked up.
