On 11/7/09, we posted a full-time Administrative Assistant position ($12/hour pay rate) on a free website and in 4 business days, we had 150 resumes. 50 on day one, 50 on day two, and about 20 each of the next two days. Sure, some were overwhelmingly terrible and others were way over-qualified (some even attached their picture, which was a bad move! But in that mix, we got about 30 really good looking resumes.
