July 24, 2006. I'm still alive, the heat hasn't killed me yet. These past weeks have been extremely full and I've been too busy/lazy to post. I'm keeping busy by playing beach volleyball Monday nights, and ultimate on Tuesdays and Thursdays, so aside from the weekends (which are typically spent near large bodies of water) I haven't really had the chance to slow down a bit. I still need to make a trip down to Seattle, hopefully that can be accomplished in August sometime. View / Add Comments (1).

June 27, 2006. But it doesn't look promising as all the flights have been booked for weeks. I played my first night of volleyball last night. It went surprisingly good. My new team, "The Sandy Balls" won all three games we played, and managed to drink more beer than our opponents. I also played this wekeend on Kits beach with Hamilton and his buddies, but didn't fare nearly as well. I'm used to playing tequila volleyball in Mexico with Tom. So I'll have to get used to playing while sober. June 22, 2006.

October 26, 2006. Halloween parties start tomorrow, and yet again I'm stuck without a costume. It's pretty hard to top the dirty old man with sexy nurse. Idea that Dayna and I had a few years ago. but I've been doing some quick research. So I haven't given up hope yet. In my stroll around the interweb I came across a site that had the 10 worst halloween costumes ever. And some wicked pet costumes. View / Add Comments (1). October 24, 2006. You know you want one. April 26, 2006. MSN Spaces] Ripped abs and all. It's just a series of consecutive flings.". Rather than 'look at what I did' journal entries. Things change, and most of the content so far has tended toward journal entries. I think it's gone over well with my audience even still, since I've managed to keep them humorous. I want to have more non-journal type entries, but my ultimate goal is still just to keep this place fun and entertaining. So what's the point of this entry? As we w...

You know you want one. December 20, 2006. When did that happen? As you may know, I've always had a plan to get my Masters after graduating. Well, I originally had a plan to keep going to a PhD, but that's fallen to the wayside. I might still, but no plans for it. Anyway, plans evolve and going into grad school immediately after getting my BSc never happened. It's now been (holy crap! Three full years since my Convocation. Then pick it back up after the break. I don't know why, but Rawhide. After a few mi...

You know you want one. October 28, 2006. Idiotic Cars and the People that Drive Them. As promised, the first of our (irregular) series. Sorry for the poor quality, but this was taken with my camera phone. I cropped the relevant bits for you. It's hard to see, but that's a Ford Probe with rims. And of course the hideously giant aluminum wing. Take away that wing and you could almost pass that car off as being not ugly. Posted by Swirlie @ 1:54 pm. October 27, 2006. Last But Not Leashed". June 12, 2007. Anyways things are going well, working lots and the weather's great. June 5, 2007. Lots going on these days. It's summer and we're already into the full swing of things. This past weekend Dayna and I took a spontaneous trip to Victoria to see her sister and speedo. The girls baked on the beach while speedo and I played some frolf. We also managed to stop in and see Eric and Jill for some bocci and a delicious BBQ. That's it for now. Movable Type 3.38.
