I'm finding that the more the students can all participate and be involved, the more engaged they are during the rest of the class period. I will definately use this one! March 19, 2009 at 9:14 PM. Monday, March 9, 2009. The show must go on. We had a power outage today for about 2 hours. Initially, it was a little exciting since students were using the computer and had not saved their documents but then we all settled in to life without electric lights. The students learned that their text books do not require electricity. One student asked "What did scientists do before there was electricity? March 9, 2009 at 10:51 PM. March 10, 2009 at 10:31 AM. They did invent electricity! The show must go on.
