Having left the relative tranquility of Hoi An, we flew down to Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon) taking just over an hour which would otherwise have been a whole day's train journey. We leave on 5th November for San Francisco and hope to spend a couple of days there before heading down the pacific coast highway (route 1) en route to Los Angeles where we embark on our flight to Aukland, New Zealand at midnight thursday 11th November. Ed and Deb's world tour 2010/11. Sunday, 27 February 2011. Leaving the tourist infested Koh Phi Phi, we headed by boat across calm blue seas to Krabi, basically a transport town.
