Always with love and a little coldness. How I Lost My Father. I’ve been to therapy, included this in my personal statement and my mom and I talk about it regularly. There is something disheartening knowing that there is a parent out there that chooses not to have anything to do with their offspring. Orlando has me thinking about all the minority families that had to find out their child was not only murdered but gay. How many of the families would properly bury their sons? Happy Father’s Day.
