Add the cap in bathroom shower. Replace tile in shower cubby. Consider building an outdoor space/firepit. Move the laundry room downstairs. Board and batten the walls. Install new garage doors. Remove the vinyl siding. Cost out new windows. Install a new door. Decide on a wall treatment. Decide on a floor treatment.
