Even our house doesn’t feel familiar apparently we’d gotten used to sleeping in the car, on air mattresses, on the floor any place with a roof, really. The usual routine is suddenly alien to me, and I miss the late nights and sleeping in. RECIPE: Sweet potato gnocchi with fried sage and apple. 1 large sweet potato. 1 egg, lightly beaten.

In my effort to relax more I haven’t been doing yoga like I planned, but I have found something very simple that’s actually been really helpful. Such a small example of the tension we keep hold of that can be let go. I also got to take Atticus on his first bike ride, and as I’m sure you can guess, I loved every second of it.
