Monday, 5 July 2010. We are closed for children's classes from Monday 5th July to Tuesday 20th July. Classes during the rest of the school holidays are as follows:. 430pm - 5.15pm (age 5 to 9). 515pm - 6.00pm (age 10 ). 1000am - 10.45am (age 5 to 9). 1045am - 11.30am (age 10 ). 1200pm - 12.45pm (age 3 to 5). 1245pm - 1.30pm (age 5 to 9). 130pm - 3:00pm SQUAD. Wednesday, 23 September 2009. Edinburgh Club Triumph at GB World Cup. On the 19th – 20th September many of The Edinburgh Club’s full-time performance athletes were fighting in the GB World Cup 2009 held in the National Indoor Arena, Birmingham. The event is extremely prestigious, this year attracting judo superpowers such as Brazil, France and Russia. With current Olympic medallists taking part in the event it was never going to be easy, but The Edinburgh Club didn’t disappoint.

Saturday, 16 May 2009. Silver for Sarah in Georgia. Sarah Clark was the outstanding British performer at the 2009 European Judo Championships in Tbilisi, Georgia, on the weekend of April 24-26. In the next round she overcame Viola Waechter (GER) with a Yuko in golden score. British Judo has named its team for the 2009 European Championships taking place in Tibilisi, Georgia, from the 24th -26th April 2009. The team consists of 5 players from the Edinburgh Judo Club. On Saturday 26th October a team of primarily younger fighters from the Edinburgh Club made an appearance at the Scottish Open, held in the prestigious Kelvinhall International Sports Arena in Glasgow. For some, the event was merely preparation for next week's British Trials in Sheffield; for others, it was a chance to re-affirm themselves as a top competitor in Scottish Judo. In the Senior Men's. Thursday, 25 February 2010. Burton strikes again with a silver medal in Dusseldorf. Euan Burton has continued his successful streak with a silver medal at the 2010 German Grand Prix at the weekend. Adding to his gold medal win at the 2009 Tokyo Grand Slam late last year, Burton's victories will fare well in the build up to the European and World Championships in April and September of this year. I proved again that I can do it at the top level but losing in a final is always a disappointment," he said.
