Friday, December 9, 2011. Flashback to when I was pregnant with Taft. The kids all filled up their bean jars for chores, good behavior, peeing on the toilet and practicing piano. So to celebrate their awesomness we went bowling. I told Tom that I think people may have thought I was trying to smuggle a bowling ball under my shirt. Wednesday, January 26, 2011. We decided to do a staycation for the kids winter break. We get tired of traveling since most of our family lives super far away. We drove 15 minutes from our house and stayed in a motel that had a separate kid room with bunk beds and tv (so great to not have to share a tv with the kids). The pool had a slide and the continental breakfast was great! Tuesday, January 25, 2011. She did a great job too. She's a natural. Thursday, January 6, 2011. Crew and Santa BFF.

Thursday, December 16, 2010. For FHE monday night we tryed out our new popcorn popper. I have fond memories of the one we had when I was a kid. so when I saw them at walmart I new we must have one. It was super exciting and of course way better than microwave popcorn. We are huge popcorn eaters at our house. Maybe I should just leave it sitting out on the counter permanently. Tuesday, December 13, 2011. My alien,witch,Buzz Lightyear ($1.00 at a yard sale this summer! The costume, not the kid). And baby monkey had lots of fun at school parties, ward party, friend party and hip hop dance class party. We were busy little trick or treaters this year. So much fun! Our little monkey is a thumb sucker. We think it's so cute! At our ward party Conor and Crew did the donut from a string contest. It was so funny! Crew could not get a bite. Not from lack of trying! Such a sweet big bro.

Wednesday, October 19, 2011. The kids were way excited about crazy hair day at school. Kya wanted her hair to be like Cindy Lou Who from, How The Grinch Stole Christmas. Conor wanted 3 mohawks. We thought he looked like the mayor from the Grinch. Kya got an award for her hair and A LOT of attention. She loved it. Monday, October 17, 2011. Crew and Taft's first bath together. Super fun! Monday, October 11, 2010. Pictures are pure torture! So apparently I am the meanest mom ever for expecting my kids to hold still for 2 seconds so their Auntie can take their picture. You'd think I'd asked them to swallow a fly although I'm pretty sure I would have gotten much more cooperation from such a request. The pictures of course turned out adorable as usual. Thanks Auntie Kindy! Sorry there's a ton of them but It shows how the shoot went and in retrospect it's pretty hilarious. Living the Good Life.

None of our other kids have slept with us and have been amazing sleepers but occasionally after an early morning feeding I'll keep them in bed with us because it is such a sweet time.
