Aaron in Morocco: August 2006
http://aaroninmorocco.blogspot.com/2006_08_01_archive.html
Putting the Rock in Morocco. Wednesday, August 23, 2006. To depart from my philosophical ramblings, I have great news. I moved into my own house! Trees, bamboo and small palms. In the spring, I'll try to add mint and basil (help Pat! Alright, time to go haggle for vegetables and try to bargain for a cooking pot. Sorry about the delay between posts, but I'm sure those of you who know me best expected nothing less :-). Read her blog if you want to see an example of an actually productive PCV ;-).

Aaron in Morocco: March 2007
http://aaroninmorocco.blogspot.com/2007_03_01_archive.html
Putting the Rock in Morocco. Wednesday, March 07, 2007. Buy it while it's still cheap. I thought it was something like "strike while the iron is hot," but it actually means "you had better get out of here.". I don't owe you an oath.". It means you can believe me, I don't need to swear that I'm telling the truth. I don't have a perfume or a scent. Means, simply, I'm flat broke. I run on my kids. It's not my market. At least we know that I haven't lost my sense of punctuality. Taking all of this with a grain of dehydrated salt, especially coming from the idealistic first-timer, keep in mind that religious questions are best answered by those who know what they're talking about. Melody, metaphysics can be fun, really! Be well ...

Putting the Rock in Morocco. Saturday, April 29, 2006. We still play soccer every day we're in seminar site with local kids and now that we can communicate with them linguistically, they've become quite good friends. It will be something I'll certainly miss when we leave for site, and something I'll look forward to returning to when I get a chance. Continued thanks for your continued thoughts, well-wishes and prayers, and God bless! Posted by Aaron @ Saturday, April 29, 2006. Friday, April 07, 2006.

Aaron in Morocco: June 2006
http://aaroninmorocco.blogspot.com/2006_06_01_archive.html
Putting the Rock in Morocco. Wednesday, June 21, 2006. For those of you who knew me in college, especially Erin, Biz and Joe, you are aware of the cruel irony that French has been one of the most important resources I brought to this country, as most governmental and professional Moroccans speak Arabic and French exclusively. I owe a begrudging thanks to the curriculum at St. A's that dragged me kicking and screaming through 6 semesters of that language. All best and llay awn,. Sunday, June 11, 2006.
