My 2017 Well Being Goals. I am not one to make new years resolutions. What I like to do is make goals to focus on being a better person than I was the previous year. October is also dysautonomia awareness month. I myself have dysautonomia, which now we know mine is associated with my Ehlers-Danlos syndrome.I know its all very complex, but I feel I must do my part by advocating and help spread awareness to help educate others, so maybe one day we can find a cure…. People living with dysautonomia such as my self have trouble regulating these systems, which can lead to resulting in light-headedness, fainting, low and unstable blood pressure, abnormal heart rate ect.
