Devils Lake, ND. Happy spring/winter/waiting for summer. The ice is pretty much cleared off the lake with some sheets still floating around. With the heavy winds we will have the next 4 days it should clear it all off soon. I advice waiting till next weekend if you want to come up and boat fish. Bridges will be your main spots to target till we finally get some warm weather to warm up the water. Looknig for guides give me a call at 701-230-7080. Filling up fast but we do have some room left!

Tuesday, December 29, 2009. Fish Devils Lake on 8-10 inches of Ice! Ice conditions continue to improve on Devils Lake. With most anglers now reporting 8-10 inches of ice. There have been a few people driving out, but we strongly recommend anglers to use atv’s or snowmobiles at the most. Also, we had a wet fall and there is still some open water in the moving water bridge, coulee, and channel areas. Use extreme caution around these areas. Anglers are reporting some decent walleye fishing.
