http://murray-osity.blogspot.com/2008_04_01_archive.html
JEFFKATE.TYLER.AUBREY.MACKENZIE. Saturday, April 26, 2008. Thursday, April 24, 2008. We went to John's Incredible Pizza for Tyler's Birthday. I cannot believe that my baby is 7! I don't want any of them to grow up. It was fun to spend time with just our family and celebrate. Saturday, April 19, 2008. Yes, its compost. A new favorite at our house - playing Indiana Jones. Tyler is now a huge fan. Aubrey, of course, loves it too since she always follows in her brother's footsteps. Taking candy from a baby.

http://rikefamily.blogspot.com/2012_03_01_archive.html
Our attitude toward life determines life's attitude toward us. Thursday, March 29, 2012. Retiring Blog . for now. All is well in my "neck of the woods". We've been super busy with the start of 2012. Pierce is coming up on the end of 2nd grade (time is flying! He's enjoying school and friends, all things you would expect from an eight year old. He's healthy and getting tall. Many smiles surround Pierce and it is my pleasure to watch him grow and change. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). 2014 - Ready or Not.

Pierce's World: Let the Record Show ...
http://rikefamily.blogspot.com/2011/12/let-record-show.html
Our attitude toward life determines life's attitude toward us. Saturday, December 24, 2011. Let the Record Show . Each time we visit Grandma and Grandpa in So. California we take Pierce into the garage and measure him against the side of the cabinet. We've been doing it for years and have had fun watching the line on the side of the cabinet climb higher and higher with each visit. Hillary and I got in on it and so did Grandma and cousin Gary Demack! At least 1/2 an inch, huh? December 27, 2011 at 9:03 AM.

Pierce's World: Morning Walks
http://rikefamily.blogspot.com/2012/01/morning-walks.html
Our attitude toward life determines life's attitude toward us. Monday, January 2, 2012. One of my favorite things to do each morning when I'm visiting my folks is to walk around their neighborhood. Sunshine and blue skies in December . you just can't beat it! Yep, that's the Pacific Ocean peaking at me from the other side of those hills. The entrance of the neighborhood . I just love the way it feels with the palm trees and fountains. One of my favorite places to stop and catch my breath.

Pierce's World: October 2011
http://rikefamily.blogspot.com/2011_10_01_archive.html
Our attitude toward life determines life's attitude toward us. Monday, October 31, 2011. Nothing like coming up with an awesome last minute Halloween costume! I was struggling with what to get for Pierce. I didn't want to spend a bunch of money for something that he'll hardly wear. Two nights before I remembered that we had a hand-me-down cowboy hat, shoes and accessories. And luck would have it, they all fit perfectly! Here's my funny little cowboy posing for the camera.. And riding it like a cowboy!

Pierce's World: September 2011
http://rikefamily.blogspot.com/2011_09_01_archive.html
Our attitude toward life determines life's attitude toward us. Sunday, September 25, 2011. If you know my boy, then you know that if it has wheels . he will want to drive it and/or at least explore it. Against my better judgement I allowed him to climb on top of this tractor. OK, truth is, I didn't have much of a say in things. He was climbing it before I had a chance to say no. I had to literally remove him from the tractor because he didn't want to leave. Saturday, September 17, 2011. Oh, the girls!

Pierce's World: Rose Parade Floats
http://rikefamily.blogspot.com/2012/01/rose-parade-floats.html
Our attitude toward life determines life's attitude toward us. Tuesday, January 3, 2012. My parents have had the unique opportunity to help decorate the Rose Parade floats over the past few years with the Rotary Club. Since I was in town this year at the right time, I got to join them. It was a very early morning, but well worth it! Flowers, flowers, everywhere flowers . The Rotary Inch Worm. I became quite acquainted with him over the next several hours. Lisa @ Turning Tables. Pierce's World: February 2012
http://rikefamily.blogspot.com/2012_02_01_archive.html
Our attitude toward life determines life's attitude toward us. Sunday, February 5, 2012. We're still here. Been busy since the New Year. We left beautiful 80 degree weather in So. Cal and returned to daytime highs in the 40's. (Sigh.) But it's been a fairly mild winter. We've had some beautiful sunny days lately, for that I am grateful. Now, if it would just warm up about 30 degrees, all would be right in my world. We're thinking he's a keeper. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). 2014 - Ready or Not.

Pierce's World: January 2012
http://rikefamily.blogspot.com/2012_01_01_archive.html
Our attitude toward life determines life's attitude toward us. Wednesday, January 4, 2012. Paddle Boarding in Dana Point. I've always wanted to try paddle boarding, but now that I'm living in the Pacific Northwest, those opportunities aren't as relatively available. So when my parent's neighbor offered to take Pierce out if a family member joined him, I jumped at the opportunity. It was amazing! Yes, it looks peaceful and it was! The water was calm, the sun was out and the water was . After a few hours o...
