That one stumped me, but that is who Governor Perry thinks should head the Texas Education Agency. He named the former Railroad Commissioner to the post yesterday. I have known Williams since the middle 1990s and have found him gregarious, affable and intelligent. Those skills will come in handy in a tough position where he must both run an agency and sell ideas.
